Cooling centers open in Paso Robles during heat warning
Excessive heat warming in effect
– The National Weather Service has issued an excessive heat warning with a long duration of ‘elevated’ to ‘critical’ fire weather conditions extending into the weekend.
In response, the city of Paso Robles is hosting cooling centers. The Paso Robles Library, located at 1000 Spring Street, is open today from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Paso Robles Senior Center, located at 270 Scott Street, is open today from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
