Country Real Estate adds five new agents to their team
–Country Real Estate has announced the addition of five new agents to their team of realtors. With over 20 years of combined practice, the additions bring the highest level of experience to the Central Coast. New additions are: Tim and Sheri Parrish, Kim Phillips, Stephanie Villanueva, and Chris Temple. Each addition to the team brings cutting-edge strategy and knowledge to the local real estate market.
Tim and Sheri Parrish are third generation real estate agents and have over 17 years of experience in Central Coast real estate.
Kim Phillips is a Central Coast local. She provides an intimate knowledge of the neighborhoods and school systems, and is currently involved in several community volunteer organizations. In the past 17 years, she has owned, renovated, and managed many different properties.
Stephanie Villanueva quickly fell in love with Paso Robles and the surrounding communities when moving to the Central Coast in 2009 to raise her family and begin her real estate career.
Chris Temple is a licensed California Real Estate Agent and certified Master Real Estate Inspector. Temple’s knowledge of the Central Coast real estate market is extensive.
