County’s most wanted: Armando Teran
The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office asks, Have you seen this man? Armando Teran, 25, is wanted for failing to appear in court, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm and threatening to commit a crime of violence.
Teran is Hispanic, 5′ 05″ tall, 145 pounds and his last known residence is in Nipomo.
