    –The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office asks: Have you seen this man?

    Craig Steven Emley, 47, is wanted for failure to register as a sex offender. Emley is White, 6′ 0″ tall, 200 pounds and was last seen in San Luis Obispo.
