    County’s most wanted: Mark Jeddell Cater

    –The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office asks: Have you seen this man?

    Mark Jeddell Cater, 45, is wanted for two felony charges of failing to register as a sex offender. Cater is Black, 5′ 10″ tall, weighs 200 pounds and was last seen in Madera.
