–The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office asks: Have you seen this man?

Stephen Ryan Avellar, 47, is wanted for failing to appear in court for inflicting corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant, dissuading a witness from reporting a crime and disobeying a court order.

Avellar is Hispanic, 6′ 0″ tall, 200 pounds and his last known address is in Los Osos.
