County’s most wanted: Steven Tyler Cowan
Steven Tyler Cowan, 25.
–The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office asks: Have you seen this man?
Steven Tyler Cowan, 25, is wanted for an arrest warrant for inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant, vandalism of $400 or more, and preventing the use of a wireless communications device to seek help.
Cowan is White, 6′ 4″ tall, 190 pounds and his last known address is in Paso Robles.
