County’s most wanted: Joel Baybayan captured

–The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Department has captured a previous suspect featured in their Most Wanted Wednesday social media campaign.

Joel Baybayan was arrested Thursday. He was wanted for a probation violation, possession of a controlled substance while in possession of a loaded firearm, and domestic battery.
