–The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office asks: have you seen this man?
William Scott Lawrence Cowan, 28, is wanted for violating probation for 2nd degree burglary of a commercial structure, vehicle or garage.
Cowan is White, 5′ 9″ tall, 150 pounds, and his last known address is in Paso Robles.
