–The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office asks: Have you seen this man?

Frank Shawn Velasquez, 52, is wanted for failing to report and comply with probation terms, felony oral copulation of an unconscious victim and felony probation violation.

Velasquez is Hispanic, 5′ 09″ tall, 177 pounds and was last seen in Atascadero.
