    –The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office asks, Have you seen this man?

    David Michael Cooper, 65, is wanted for failure to appear in court and inflicting corporal injury to a spouse/cohabitant.

    Cooper is White, 5′ 09″ tall, 170 pounds and was last seen in Nipomo.
