County’s Most Wanted: Louie Edward Chester captured

–A recent County’s Most Wanted subject, Louie Edward Chester, has been captured by Sheriff’s Deputies in North County.
Chester was is wanted for a lewd act with a child under 14 years old.

Louie Edward Chester, 53, is wanted for a lewd act with a child under 14-years-old.
Chester is White, 5’07” tall, 140 pounds and his last known address is in Santa Maria.
