County’s Most Wanted: Thomas Paul Garges captured 

Thomas Paul Garges.

–Thomas Paul Garges has been captured by deputies from the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office.

Garges was the very first Most Wanted subject from the sheriff’s office back on March 12, 2014, wanted for failing to register as a sex offender.

After more than two years, Garges was arrested this week by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office.
