–The Paso Robles City Library invites the public to create a miniature Day of the Dead shrine on Sat, Oct 7, beginning at 10:30 a.m. The shrines will feature a sugar skull drawing, beads and sequins to represent flowers, and a heart (el Corazón) to symbolize love for the deceased.
