Cuesta Concord Chorus to perform Bach’s Christmas oratorio at Templeton

– Templeton Performing Arts Center will host the Cuesta Concord Chorus and Orchestra’s winter concert, “Dona Nobis Pacem,” on Sunday, Dec. 8 at 3 p.m. The concert will feature J.S. Bach’s Christmas Oratorio I. The event is part of a series of performances by the Cuesta Concord Chorus, with an additional concert on Friday, Dec. 6 at 7:30 p.m. at Cuesta College’s CPAC.
The Cuesta Concord Chorus, founded and directed by Cassandra Tarantino and accompanied by Ryan Hartzell, will also hold its annual bake sale during the Dec. 8 event.
Tickets for the Dec. 8 concert are available online at Cuesta University Tickets. Box office assistance may not be available in person, so attendees are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance. For questions, contact (805) 546-3198.
Veterans and their spouses can reserve free tickets online. Student tickets will require a student ID at the door.
The 2024-2025 season is sponsored by Carol Olsen in memory of Eric Jonley Olsen and by New Times SLO. Donations to support the Cuesta Concord Chorus can be made during the ticket purchase process or through their Donation Campaign.
Please note that this event will be held at the Templeton Performing Arts Center on the Templeton High School campus, with parking included.
