Update: Deceased man found Sunday identified by coroner

Man identified as 47-year-old Adrian Reyna of Wasco
– The Coroner’s Unit of the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office has identified the body found beside the road of Highway 46 and Estrella Road in Whitley Gardens on Sunday. The man has been identified as 47-year-old Adrian Reyna of Wasco, Calif.
Deputies responded to that location and found the body approximately five miles from a vehicle thought to be associated with Reyna. No foul play is suspected. An autopsy will be conducted later this week to determine manner and cause of death.

Deceased man found near Highway 46 in Paso Robles
– The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office has provided an update on the deceased male found near Highway 46 in Paso Robles.
On Sunday, sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of an adult male found deceased beside the road of Highway 46 and Estrella Road in Whitley Gardens. Deputies and detectives began an immediate investigation. A disabled vehicle believed to be associated with the victim was found approximately five miles away. At this time, the death does not appear to be suspicious, according to the sheriff’s office.
The victim has yet to be positively identified. An autopsy is planned for this week.
The investigation is ongoing. No further information is available at this time.

Cause of death under investigation
– San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office investigators are looking into the death of a man whose body was found near Highway 46 in Paso Robles, according to multiple reports.
The body was first discovered Saturday near Highway 46 and Estrella Road. An investigation is underway but authorities reportedly say it does not appear to be a suspicious death.
