Dennis Dean Taylor dies at 77
–Dennis Dean Taylor passed away on June 10, 2018 surrounded by his loving family. Born in February 1941 in Beach Grove, IN to William H and Rachel (Scully) Taylor, the family moved to Paso Robles, CA in 1951 and started the Taylor Shoe Store. A proud Bearcat from the class of 1959, Dennis served the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. A life member of the Amvets, VFW and Warbird Museum. Dennis was preceded in death by his brother Henry Taylor (Josie). He is survived by his wife of 49 years Roxana (Hopper), his ex-wife Becky (Lopez) Hoyle; sons Mark Taylor (James), Matt Taylor (Leslie), Mike Taylor (Deborah), Charles Taylor (Jessica); his beloved grandchildren Kelsey Taylor, Carly Taylor and Leland Taylor; his great-grandchildren Emmett and Jeremiah; his sister Karen Cary and brother Thomas Taylor; and numerous nieces and nephews. At Dennis’ request there will not be a funeral service and remembrances may be made to your favorite charity in his name.
