Deputies arrest man for attempted murder

Deputies responded on Sunday at 12:01 a.m. to the location and arrested a suspect, 25-year-old Brian Michael Rodriguez Galvan who had stabbed his pregnant common law wife several times causing serious injury to the victim, according to a sheriff’s report.
Rodriguez Galvan, who is currently on parole, was arrested for premeditated attempted homicide and booked into San Luis Obispo County Jail with his bail set at one million dollars.
The victim was transported to the hospital with serious but non life threatening injuries. There were several children present at the residence when the attack took place. None of the children were injured. Deputies and Sheriff’s Detectives are still investigating this incident.

He's not really a man so there are parts on his body he doesn't need….by the way, when my boyfriend of 20 years passed away, Social Security told me there was no such thing as common law marriage so i couldn't get his Social Security but all the news agencies are saying they were common law. What's up with that?
You all who are demanding the death sentence are of pure disgust. Your wishes and desires for this man to be dead seem to be at the top of your bucket lists. Re-read the horrible, inhumane comments you all handed forward to us. When you have so much hate for one person, especially one whom you do not know, you start to feel the same hatred they do, if not more. We are all innocent individuals, right? Well at least that's what I thought. I am more worried about the hostile facebook committee here than this man in prison. The whole point here is to say that nobody is more superior than another human being. In the end, we are all the same, with the same intentions, and apparently the same desires to take violent action toward another individual. You think nothing of yourself being in this mans position until it actually happens to you. Be more civilized and act right before you are the next one we are discussing.
I can tell you that I am a hell of a lot more civilized than a man dumb enough to attempt murder. Because of his inhumane actions, he has forfeited all freedoms and is now inferior to most individuals. In the streets, he is a waste of breath. In jail, he is a waste of tax payers dollars. People like this don't deserve a journey through life.
