    Event will feature a five-course meal paired with hand-selected Donati wines

    Donati Family Vineyards will host a signature wine dinner at Cambria Pines Lodge on Sept. 29 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. The event will feature a five-course meal paired with hand-selected Donati wines.

    The evening will include a guided tasting experience led by a Donati expert, who will discuss the tasting notes of each wine. The menu includes a pear, blue cheese, and candied pecan salad paired with a Sisters Forever Un-Oaked Chardonnay; margherita flatbread topped with fresh tomatoes, basil, and olive drizzle paired with a Claret; and roasted pork tenderloin crostini with caramelized pear brandy sauce paired with a Cabernet Sauvignon, among other dishes.

    Tickets are priced at $130 per person plus tax and must be purchased in advance. The event will be held outdoors in the garden area of Cambria Pines Lodge.

    An overnight package is available, offering 25% off the hotel room rate, a ticket to the Winemaker’s Dinner per adult, and breakfast.
