Downtown Holiday Light Parade Saturday night—rain or shine 

Nov. 30, 2012 – The annual Paso Robles Holiday Light Parade is Saturday, Dec. 1. It starts at 7 p.m.

Main Street Paso Robles Board member Dale Gustine announced at the Paso Robles Rotary Club that the Christmas parade will go on “rain or shine” and will not be canceled by the forecasted rain storm.

The Paso Robles Police Department reminds everyone that street closures will begin at 5:30PM to ensure the safety of the participants and spectators.

Streets in the downtown area will be closed from 5:30PM to the end of the parade. Please observe and obey No Parking signs. Cars on the parade route will be towed.

Streets closed: Spring between 6th and 15th 9th thru 14th between Spring and Pine 14th between Spring and Park Park between 8th and 14th Pine between 10th and 12th

Prepare for traffic congestion and detours in planning your travels Saturday evening.

Grab an umbrella, some warm blankets and chairs and head downtown to enjoy the sights of twinkling lights and spectacular floats. You don’t want to miss the parade this holiday season featuring local establishments and of course, Santa Claus who is taking time off from his busy toy making schedule to visit Paso Robles.
