Council, advisory commission to discuss modification of paid parking rates

    – The Paso Robles City Council will be holding a special meeting on Saturday, April 9 from 12-4 p.m. at 1000 Spring Street. The meeting will also be attended by the Downtown Parking Advisory Commission. The meeting will be comprised of just one item, the modification of paid parking rates, which was continued from the March 15, council meeting.

On Feb. 1, the council directed staff to brief the advisory commission on detailed parking program financial information and work with the committee to apply financial data to create a strategy aimed at increasing parking program cost recovery and to bring additional options regarding residency requirements for the senior permit program.

The meeting will be live-streamed at www.prcity.com/youtube and those who wish to participate remotely can call (805) 865-7276 to give public comment during the meeting. Submit written public comments to cityclerk@prcity.com prior to 12 p.m. on Friday, April 8.
