H-18. City of Paso Robles Appointment of City Clerk.

Measure designed to change the office of the city clerk from elected to appointed

Yes. Total votes: 3,615. 53.65-percent.
No. Total votes: 3,123. 46.35-percent.


I-18 Paso Robles Cannabis Business Tax.

A yes vote was a vote in favor of authorizing the city to tax marijuana businesses at the following rates:

  • $20 per square foot for cultivation/processing;
  • up to 10 percent of gross receipts for transportation;
  • up to 15 percent of gross receipts for manufacturing, testing, and distribution; and
  • up to 10 percent of gross receipts for dispensaries.

 

Yes. Total votes: 4,902. 67.50-percent.
No. Total votes: 2,360. 32.50-percent.


K-18. City of El Paso de Robles 1/2 cent sales tax.

A yes vote would add an additional tax to help pay for road repairs and emergency services needs

No. Total votes: 3,969. 54.11-percent.
Yes. Total votes: 3,366. 45.89-percent.


N-18 Advisory Tax Measure

A yes vote was a vote in favor of advising city officials to use potential funds from Measure K-18, a 0.5 percent sales tax measure, to fund repairs to streets and sidewalks.

Yes. Total votes: 5,266. 72.30-percent.

No. Total votes: 2,018. 27.70-percent.
