Emergency crews respond to overturned cement truck on Spring Street offramp 

–A cement truck tipped over on the Northbound 101 Spring Street offramp in Paso Robles at 8:12 this morning, according to reports. There was one male pinned inside the vehicle, who was extricated and taken to a local hospital, according to eye-witness reports. A hazmat team also responded due to the truck leaking oil on the roadway.
