Concert supports annual effort to provide a full holiday for a local family
– Up+Adam’s Breaking & Entering Jingle Jam will take place Dec. 11 at Libertine Brewing in downtown San Luis Obispo. Broadcaster Adam Montiel will host the event with a lineup of local artists. Jingle Jam is the live benefit show that supports Up+Adam’s Breaking & Entering Christmas, a 12-year tradition in which Montiel and his crew deliver a full Christmas for a local family that has faced a difficult year. The program is local and handled with dignity, according to event organizers.
This year’s confirmed performers include Damon Castillo Band, KB of IMVA, Dan Curcio of Moonshiner Collective, Josh Rosenblum, Jon Millsap, Michael Venia of Carbon City Lights, Brianna Lee and Josh Barrett from B and The Hive, and Kenny Taylor. Additional artists will be announced as confirmations continue.
Last year’s Jingle Jam was described by KSBY as “the Avengers of local musicians” and featured a dozen local performers.
Up+Adam with Adam Montiel marks its two-year anniversary this month.
Up+Adam with Adam Montiel presents the event in partnership with Dimes Media: Wild 106, The Grade Country, KPIG, KNEWS 98.5, and 95.3 The Beach.
