Female transported by medics after erratic driving 

–Officers from California Highway Patrol responded to a call Monday at approximately 3:30 p.m., of a vehicle that was reportedly swerving on the road almost causing a near head on collision.

Witnesses reported that they saw a female driver who appeared to be having a medical issue. The vehicle stopped on the shoulder at Nacimiento Lake Drive and Adelaida Road. The woman reportedly had low blood sugar and was transported by medics.
