Three acres burned after fire starts in barn
–Crews quickly contained a fire that reportedly started in a barn in Paso Robles Friday afternoon at the end of Oak Lane off of River Road in Paso Robles.
The fire started at approximately 12:40 p.m. Friday, and reportedly broke out in a barn. No word yet as to the cause. Crews responded swiftly, due to the threat of dry brush in the nearby riverbed. Eye-witnesses say that animals in the barn were safely evacuated.
Oak Lane was closed off to traffic. Reports say 3 acres from 3 separate spots burned along with the barn.
Crews had the fire contained by 1:45, reports say.

Fire starts in Paso Robles riverbed
–A fire has ignited near downtown Paso Robles, according to eye-witness reports. The fire was reported around 12:40 p.m. in the Riverbed area South of Walmart near Lawrence Moore Park.
Fire crews including at least two air tankers are currently responding.
