    Fire department to conduct training at former Georgia Brown site 

    No live fire or destructive training will take place at the location

    – The Paso Robles Fire and Emergency Services Department will conduct training drills at the old Georgia Brown School site beginning Monday.

    The site, located at 525 36th St., will be used for various training exercises over the next month. Residents can expect to see posted signs in the area announcing the training and an increased presence of fire department vehicles and equipment.

    The drills will include hose pulling and ladder use. No live fire or destructive training will take place at the location.

    The fire and emergency services department thanked the Paso Robles Joint Unified School District for the opportunity to use the site.

    Periodic press releases will be issued regarding the training sessions. Updates will also be posted on social media platform X at @PasoRoblesES.
