First baby born in the new year is Turner Garcia

–The first baby born in the new year in North County is Turner Joseph Milton Garcia (boy) at Twin Cities hospital. His parents are Shayni Dougherty & Vicente Garcia. Both Parents are from Paso Robles. Vicente was also born at Twin Cities
