Brent protected the Mid Coast community for many years and along with Brice Hall and Brian Gorrell started Monterey County’s First Official Water Rescue Program. Brent was the first engineer promoted to Captain and was a natural leader and teacher to many saving the life of a firefighter in a water tender rollover during an out-of-county response by using the jaws to cut him out. He will be missed.. his firefighting brother Logan Loader I am sure was there to greet him! Miss you already brother! Aloha Brent!”
