Rotary Club hosts annual event with music and performances

    – The Rotary Club of Templeton will host its annual Fourth of July Parade on Friday, July 4, beginning at 10 a.m. in downtown Templeton. This year’s theme is “United We Soar.”

The event is free and open to the public and features patriotic floats, classic cars, equestrian groups, marching bands and other entries. Hundreds of spectators from across the Central Coast typically attend.

Parade participants may sign up to join the event with a float, vehicle or performance at www.templeton4thjulyparade.com.

The parade route will be closed to vehicle access starting at 9 a.m. Spectators are encouraged to arrive early for parking and seating.

All donations collected will support parade costs and scholarships for Templeton High School students. The scholarships assist with college tuition, vocational programs and leadership training.
