Frank White dies at 62 

Frank White.

–Frank Carl White, 62, of Ventura, passed away on August 4th, 2017. Born December 13, 1954 in Paso Robles to Doris and James White, he was the youngest of four children. He graduated from Paso Robles High in 1973 and then joined the Air Force. While attending basic training in Biloxi Mississippi he met his wife on while on leave in Colorado Springs. Frank and Diane married June 7, 1975, in Colorado Springs. After receiving an Honorable Discharge in 1980, Frank and Diane lived in Colorado Springs until 1983 when they moved to Ventura, CA with their children Danny and Judy. He started working for the Department of Defense at Pt. Mugu in 1976 and retired 36 years later. Since retiring, Frank spent his time traveling, riding his motorcycle, but most importantly going to all of his grandkids sporting events and school awards.

Frank is survived by his son Danny White, daughter Judy (Mike) Rose, former wife Diane White, daughter-in-law Tammy White, grandchildren: Kayle, Alysa, Makayla, and Ryder White, Daniel and James Rose, sisters Glynnis Buck and Terri Scovell, step-father Glen Stein, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Frank is preceded in death by his parents Jim White and Doris Stein, step-mother Peggy White, and his siblings; Judy, John, and Mary. A celebration of life will be help on Aug. 26 at 10 a.m. at Orchard Community Church in Ventura. Please dress casual. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Santa Paula Pig Roast, 1656 Walter St, Ventura, Ca 93003. This is an annual AA family weekend camp-out that Frank participated in for many years.
