    Garden Party to perform this Saturday at Atascadero Lake Park

    – The City of Atascadero announced that the band Garden Party will perform at the Atascadero Lake Park Bandstand on July 5 at 6:30 p.m. as part of the 2025 “Saturday in the Park” Summer Concert Series.

    Garden Party features Danny Grasseschi along with Mark Paisley on keys, Rob Espinosa on guitar and vocals, Russ Kuster on bass and vocals, and co-founding member Steve Hilstein on drums. The musicians have played together for more than 12 years, originating from informal performances during the “Summer Nights” series in Robin’s Garden in Cambria. The band plays covers of 1960s and 1970s folk rock music.

    The free concert is open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to bring low-back chairs and money for food purchases.

    The full summer concert lineup at Atascadero Lake Park includes the following performances:

    • July 5: Garden Party (classic soft rock)
    • July 12: Josh Rosenblum Band (pop/rock blues)
    • July 26: The Platinum Beat (hits from various decades and genres)
    • Aug. 2: Ghost Monster (feel-good rock from all eras)
    • Aug. 9: The JD Project (rock, blues and country)
    • Aug. 30: End of Summer “Blues Bash,” featuring The Cinders Blues Band and Leslie Rogers and the Soul Shakers (blues, R&B, and Motown soul)
