Get started journaling at the library
–The Paso Robles City Library invites the public to participate in Getting Started in Journaling on Saturday, Sept. 14, from 10:30 a.m.-1 p.m. with well-known local English instructor Aaron Cantrell.
Learn the hows and whys of journaling, including instruction on how to get started, what to include in a journal, techniques of journaling including bullet journaling, and more.
According to New York Times writer Hayley Phelan, health care professionals have found that journaling can act as a stress reducer, leading to “better sleep, a stronger immune system, more self-confidence, and even a high I.Q,” making journaling a good practice for everyone! “If you are interested in boosting your health in a creative way, join us,” invites Adult Services Librarian Karen Christiansen.
