–The Downtown Paso Robles Main Street Association recently announced that Gina Marie Grieb will take a new position as the Marketing & Events Director for the organization.

As the Main Street events and programs continue to expand, Grieb’s extensive experience brings a renewed focus on the short and long-term goals while collaborating with the local tourism and hospitality industries, the Chamber of Commerce and the City of Paso Robles, according to Main Street.

Grieb’s professional experience in marketing, communication, and business management, will take Main Street to the next level of personal hands-on interaction with members, committees, downtown businesses, property owners and the hospitality industry—teamed with social and digital marketing strategies/platforms.

“On behalf of Downtown Paso Robles Main Street Association, I look forward to working closely with our local businesses, property owners and residents, that are dedicated to the preservation, restoration, and promotion of downtown,” Grieb said.

Working with nonprofits has been her passion. Grieb said, “What’s drawn me to Main Street is the preservation of our historic downtown and its strong connection of community. Whether you’re a resident, visitor or business owner in downtown or surrounding areas, our downtown is the heart of our local community where we can come together to enjoy festivals, concerts, and family events that make downtown a primary entertainment center.”

Grieb is looking forward to working with Executive Director Norma Moye and the Main Street team in the planning of 2020 downtown events; with the knowledge that people are excited; ready to volunteer and participate.

Moye said, “Gina’s experience will be so valuable in her new role as Event & Marketing Director. She loves our downtown and plans to reach out to our committees, businesses and property owners. Her involvement with the tourism and hospitality industry along with her skill with online technology, will bring it all together for the benefit of our downtown.”
