––The Hatch Rotisserie & Bar has announced they are now open seven days a week as they celebrate two-years of business in downtown Paso Robles.
The restaurant is now open daily at 4:30 p.m. with the full dinner menu available at that time until close. Late night dining until 11 p.m. is still a favorite on Friday and Saturday nights. The always popular daily specials, which include baby back ribs, fried chicken, and roasted lamb, augment the wood-fired comfort food menu Sunday – Thursday nights. The ever-changing cocktail menu and ever-growing whiskey collection complement the dinner menu as do a selection of local wines, ciders and beer on tap. In addition, The Hatch is here to make a night at home easy with their Dinner To Go option by placing an order on their website for pick-up or delivery.
