‘The Haunt’ returns to Atascadero

–The 2018 Halloween season is upon us and The Haunt in Atascadero is ready to send chills and thrills to all who dare venture into its abandoned toy factory. With 17 rooms of terror, The Haunt will satisfy even the most jaded haunter. The volunteer crew of over 90 actors, makeup artists, and technicians have worked throughout the year to bring the haunted toys to downtown Atascadero this year.

“This is not thrown together at the last minute,” says co-originator Chris Towers. “We want to make sure that when you come, you will have an experience to remember.”

Guests proceed through at their own pace and are immersed in an interactive story of how this once joyful toy factory became a facility plagued by disastrous events, dire circumstances, and teems with haunted toys.

This year we will be featuring a new lights-out Night Terrors show where guests will be separated from darkness only by a lantern adding a whole new fear element for the true thrill-seekers!

Also new this year will be our new Lights-On Kids Trick or Treat tour. With the main lights on you can see the immersive scenes with the main lights turned on and the monsters tucked into bed, kids and the faint of heart can safely experience The Haunt without being scared.

The Haunt is located at 5805 El Camino Real in Atascadero at the Traffic Way off-ramp from Highway 101. Call (805) 221-5984 or visit our website, TheHauntInAtascadero.com, for more details.
