–Heart to Heart Real Estate brings community partnership to action. Payments of over $23,000 will be given to several local charities at the company’s bi-annual “We Make Giving Easy” event. This event takes place on Nov 29 from 4:30-6:30 p.m. at one of their exclusive listings in Atascadero by invitation only. Charitable organizations wishing to attend are encouraged to contact the office. Clients who choose to work with Heart to Heart are part of a local movement to give back to charitable organizations and causes in San Luis Obispo County and beyond, knowing 50-percent of their commissions support local charitable organizations. Working together with clients who are buying or selling a home, Heart to Heart offers professional expertise while building better communities through their mission of philanthropy.
“Mark and Liz were so helpful and smart in their advice to us when we sold our house, we couldn’t have asked for more from a real estate agent. And here they are presenting a check for $7000 which will allow the food bank to purchase $70,000 worth of food for the those in need,” said Carl Hansen, past CEO of the Food Bank Coalition.
Founders, McConnell and Lee bring over 30 years of local real estate experience to Heart to Heart, which they founded in August 2013. In 2016 and 2017, they brought on two more dynamic agents, Christie Giaquinto and Jennifer Young. Together, they now bring even more experience and operate under a work ethic of “giving back” with the intent of gifting 50-percent of their commissions from real estate sales to noteworthy causes designated by the client. Heart to Heart has donated over $550,000 to more than 50 nonprofits in the past four years.
