Honor Flight fundraiser features wine, food, historic plane ride
Honor Flight Central Coast California provides veterans with trips to Washington, D.C.
– The Wine & Dine Pour Fest is set for Saturday, Nov. 2, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Estrella Warbirds Museum, Hangar 1, located at 4251 Dry Creek Rd, Paso Robles. The event aims to support Honor Flight Central Coast California, an organization that provides veterans with trips to Washington, D.C.
The festival will feature gourmet food, fine wines, and craft beers from across the Central Coast. Tickets are $100 and include a keepsake wine glass for sampling. For those interested in a premium experience, VIP tables for eight people are available for $1,000, offering exclusive seating and additional perks. A designated driver ticket option is also available for $50, which includes all food offerings but excludes wine.
Attendees who purchase their tickets by Oct. 1 will be entered into a drawing for a flight on the historic C-47 plane, “Betsy’s Biscuit Bomber,” scheduled for 11 a.m. on the day of the event.
All proceeds from the Wine & Dine Pour Fest will benefit Honor Flight Central Coast California, with every dollar raised supporting veterans and their trips to Washington, D.C.
