Imagination playground happening at the library for children 2-6

Paso Robles City Council Chambers/Library.

–As part of the Library’s Summer Reading Program, the Children’s Library is partnering with the Children’s Museum to bring imaginative play to children ages 2-6 on Wednesday, Aug. 1, 11 a.m.

According to Youth Services Librarian Melissa Bailey, “Young children will have fun building and playing in a world they create using large foam blocks. By partnering with the SLO Children’s Museum, children will develop a host of STEAM skills, even though they are not yet in school!”

The program is free, but tickets are required. They are available at the Children’s Desk 30 minutes prior to the program.

The Paso Robles City Library is located at 1000 Spring Street and is open Monday – Friday 10-8, and Saturday 10-5. For more information on library programs and events, call (805) 237-3870 or visit prcity.com/library.
