Couple shares experience at Indian Wedding as part of summer reading program

—As part of the library’s Summer Reading Program, Reading Takes You Everywhere, the public is invited to enjoy another vicarious travel adventure.

This month, travel to exotic India with local couple Pamela Alch and Jack Marino. These two recently traveled to New Delhi and Agra to attend wedding ceremonies, taking a side trip to Shimla, Pamela’s hometown. Pamela and Jack will discuss their journey, including their trip to see the Taj Mahal. If you have ever dreamed of visiting India, are curious about Indian culture, or just want to learn more about our world, be sure to attend this engaging presentation on Friday, July 6, 6-7:30 p.m.
