Chamber announces 2026 Gala award recipients
– The Paso Robles & Templeton Chamber of Commerce announced the recipients of its 2026 Gala Awards, recognizing individuals and businesses for their contributions to the North County community.
Jeff Gallagher was named Roblan of the Year, and Grace & Rose Restaurant received the Beautification of the Year award.
Gallagher has longstanding ties to Paso Robles, with his family connected to the area since the 1970s. He first moved to Paso Robles in 1983 and returned in the early 1990s, where he built his career and remained active in the community.
In 1995, Gallagher launched his business in Paso Robles, continuing a family tradition in the concrete and demolition industry that began with his father, a local general contractor. Over the past three decades, his projects have included work at local schools, Paso Robles Chamber buildings, Cal Coast Beer Co., The Ravine, multiple Fairgrounds projects supporting the Heritage Foundation, the Paso Robles RV Park, and numerous winery developments throughout the Paso Robles wine region.
Gallagher is also known for his involvement in community fundraising and education initiatives. Through the annual Ron Gallagher Golf Tournament, now in its 23rd year, he has helped raise between $150,000 and $200,000 for local high schools and SkillsUSA programs. He is a member of the Heritage Foundation and a Bear Club member and partner at Cal Coast Beer Co.
Reflecting on the award, Gallagher said, “I’m truly grateful and humbled by this recognition. When I looked at the other nominees, I was amazed to be included among such incredible people who do so much for our community.”
Grace & Rose Restaurant was recognized for the transformation of a historic home into a dining destination in downtown Paso Robles. The project preserved the original structure while repurposing the space for restaurant use, contributing to the visual character and continued development of the downtown area.
The Chamber will host its Annual Gala celebrating the award recipients on Feb. 28, 2026, at Rava Wines. The event will begin at 5:30 p.m. and will include an award presentation, live and silent auctions, food and beverages, and opportunities for community networking.
