Join the Paso Robles Library for a discussion of ‘The Secret Life of Bees’
–Join the Paso Robles Library on Thursday, April 29, from 7-8 p.m. to discuss the film, ‘The Secret Life of Bees.’
Watch the 2008 film, starring Queen Latifah and Dakota Fanning, based on the bestselling novel The Secret Life of Bees by Sue Monk Kidd then join the discussion of the themes raised in the film. The film is rated PG-13 and copies are available for checkout.
To participate in the class, access the film from the Llibrary’s hoopla Digital collection, watch the film, then attend the Zoom meetup to discuss it. Space is limited. Registration is required for all participants to receive the Zoom meetup information. For ages 16+.
At this time, the Library is open Monday-Saturday 9-10 for vulnerable populations; Monday- Friday 10-7 for the general public and Saturday 10-4 for the general public.
