Karkowska Sisters perform in Paso Robles Sept. 18 

–Karkowska Sisters Duo will be performing at Trinity Lutheran Church, located at 940 Creston Rd., in Paso Robles on Sunday, Sept. 18 at 3 p.m. Doors open at 2:30.

Karkowska Sisters Duo is an award winning, internationally acclaimed ensemble that, in addition to a recital and chamber music repertoire, performs programs of virtuosity and laughter, full of beautiful music, unforgettable stories and comedy.

Their concert, “90 Minutes Around the World,” will take the audience on a breathtaking journey-adventure around the world with a healthy dose of humor and an amazing program of beloved classical music hits including Summertime by G. Gershwin in arr. of J. Heifetz, virtuoso fireworks of Carmen Fantasy by P. Sarasate, Second Hungarian Rhapsody by F. Liszt – H. Sitt, N. Paganini’s Campanella (original version), F. Chopin’s Valse Op. 34 No.2 (arr. A. Karkowska), brilliant Souvenir d’Amerique (Variations on Yankee Doodle) by H. Vieuxtemps and more.
