Kayla Peach Memorial Color Run conducted at Kennedy Club

The Kayla Peach Memorial Foundation, with partnership from the Paso Robles Joint Unified School District, KSBY, Heart to Heart Real Estate, Kennedy Fitness Club and many other local organizations conducted the Sunset Color Run last weekend at the Paso Robles Kennedy Club. Participants ran or walked the 5K course or a 1 mile for 14 & under. There was music, free family activities, food and drinks for sale from local organizations, prevention & informational booths, a silent auction, raffle, lots of fun and lots of color.

The Kayla Peach Memorial Foundation has been established to honor loved local young souls that were taken from us much too soon. The goal of the foundation is to raise the awareness of our community about the silent but very real epidemic of addiction and substance abuse related deaths among our youth. In memory of Kayla, and in the effort to prevent this tragedy from devastating other families, KPMF through our coalition FAACES of SLO provides addiction and substance abuse prevention educational programs to communities, schools, youth and parents.
