Kenny Loggins to perform at Vina Robles
Singer-songwriter, guitarist will take the stage in Paso Robles July 12
Grammy Award winning, singer-songwriter and guitarist, Kenny Loggins will perform at Vina Robles Amphitheatre with special guest Blue Sky Riders on Saturday, July 12 at 8 p.m.. Tickets go on sale Saturday, April 26 at 10 a.m..
Loggins’ commercial impact has been extraordinary; twelve of his albums have gone platinum and beyond. He has enjoyed hit songs in four straight decades. To this day, Loggins continues to write and record as a singer and a songwriter and take the stage to sing his soulful songs.
Known for hits such as Whenever I Call You Friend with Stevie Nicks, This Is It, and Don’t Fight It with Steve Perry, Loggins achieved solo stardom early on. However in the 80s, Loggins fame reached new heights and he was known as the king of the movie soundtrack thanks to hits such as I’m Alright, from Caddyshack; Footloose; Danger Zone, from Top Gun, and Nobody’s Fool from Caddyshack II. His albums include Vox Humana, Back to Avalon, Leap of Faith, The Unimaginable Life, It’s About Time. He has also recording a Christmas album and two CDs for children: Return To Pooh Corner and More Songs From Pooh Corner.
With Loggins’ latest musical venture, Blue Sky Riders, he joins one of Nashville’s most accomplished writers Gary Burr, and renowned singer-songwriter Georgia Middleman. All three sing lead amid three-part harmonies.
