Leadership North County accepting applications
Applications must be submitted by July 12
– Leadership North County (LNC), a leadership development program spearheaded by the Paso Robles and Templeton Chamber of Commerce, has announced that applications for the 2024-2025 cohort are now open.
Through a weekend-long retreat and a series of nine comprehensive workshops, LNC introduces twenty participants to the community’s power base, enhances communication skills, increases awareness of local issues and needs, and helps individuals achieve their full potential as community leaders.
“We believe that leadership development is crucial for the growth and sustainability of our community,” said Gina Fitzpatrick, Paso Robles and Templeton Chamber of Commerce CEO. “By inviting local organizations to empower their employees, we aim to foster a diverse group of leaders committed to making a positive impact in Northern San Luis Obispo County.”
The Leadership North County program is dedicated to fostering a sense of community by developing participants’ leadership skills and equipping them with the tools and knowledge to thrive together. This program supports both employees and employers by promoting personal and professional growth, creating valuable connections, and driving positive community impact.
Application process
- Application: Those interested in applying will need to complete the LNC application available at leadershipnorthcounty.com. Applications must be submitted by July 12, 2024.
- Interview: After the application is received, candidates will be contacted to schedule an interview between July 15 – 24.
- Selection: Successful applicants will be notified of their acceptance into the program by July 26, 2024.
Program commitment
- Retreat: August 23-25, 2024
- Workshops: One full-day workshop each month September 2024 – May 2025
- Graduation: May 2025
