Letter: Boycotting billionaires misses the bigger picture
To the editor,
– I recently read the comments by Chris Payne about boycotting large businesses because they are owned by “Billionaires.” This is old, tired language about the continuation of punishing success because of jealousy and believing the fearmongering of the press.
If not for the “Billionaires,” we would not have jobs, innovation, factories, food, cars, and other necessities. Sadly, I’m not a billionaire. However, boycotting our massive government- now that is something I can get my head around!
