Letter: My neighborhood is constantly noisy and there’s nothing I can do about it
To the editor,
Interesting that the comments are focusing on noise level and parking issues of visitors. In my neighborhood, the owners of homes next to me make constant noise from parties in their backyard, which is right next to my bedroom window, and cars fill their driveway and down both sides of the street. On the other side, the residents don’t seem to like parking in their own driveway or in front of their own house, so they park in front of mine. I feel as if I am being encroached upon by both sides and there’s nothing I can do about it. It has to be affecting the value of neighborhood homes, and it is certainly affecting my life in a negative way.
