Letter: Why not make the Paso Robles Aquatics Complex enclosed?
To the editor,
–With the Paso Robles School District facing a $4.8 Million deficit in 2018, I am surprised that the District is moving ahead with a planned $8.2 million Aquatic Center. However, as the district is going ahead with this project why not “go all the way” and make it a true year-round facility by enclosing the center and including a closable roof to make it also usable by the community in the winter months. Otherwise, the new center is just a duplication of the existing pool in Centennial Park.
