    – I turned off all outside outlets after getting an over $100 water bill. Everything is nice and brown now!

    California is and always has been a desert. Only the rains bring water and snow to the mountains. Not even Gov. Brown can regulate it, he may try but his authority hasn't reached that level yet.

    As long as the fish are comfortable, I'm willing to do without basic needs like water. BTW, dead lawns bring pest, that we don't want. Thanks Paso.
